Mode of Refund
- Our customer service will contact with you on the mode of refund within 24 hours followed by your request email@example.com. Refund will normally take 1-3 working days from the date of returned received.
Mode of Exchange
For Kangaroo Delivery : Exchange is only applicable for Damage/Quality Problem/Size Misfit. We can only replace the exact item and version you ordered, and you are responsible to return the damaged item within 14 days upon sign of receipt. We shall do you the refund if the same kind is not available for an exchange. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
For Cash On Delivery (COD) : Exchange is not allow. You are required to check your items on the spot and return it to our delivery personnel before signing off the parcel.
Service Charge for Return via COD (KL PJ Only)
- RM8 is to be charged to purchaser per return request basis (To be made upon meeting with delivery personnel). This service charge is fixed shall not affected by any promotion and/or subsequent order made.
We do not accept the return/exchange of product if:
- The products have been used or product condition is not suitable for resale.
- Damage of product caused by abnormal use or own (purchaser) mistake.
