Courier Service : Usually the courier company will takes 1 - 2 working days for delivery after shipping.
All orders come with a tracking number. Normally the pick up time will be between 2.00p.m to 3.00p.m daily. We will update in the system once the parcel has been picked up by the courier man.
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days upon receiving cleared payment. (Noted : MEPS/GIRO/All interbank transfer will only be shipped once payment cleared).

Delivery will not be offered on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday. Delays in delivering your order might be incurred due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any unforeseen circumstance.
Please give us an address with someone to acknowledge receipt during day time to avoid unsuccessfully delivery of the product.
1) This product comes with 6 (six) months warranty. We will ensure the product is in good condition before we send out.
2) All purchases are final and the product are non-returnable unless there is a fault identified within 7 days of item receipt.
3) Every phones will attach with a quality assurance tag before we send out. Do not tear the quality assurance tags when you receive the item, or our company will not be liable for any defects.
4) The Warranty extends only to customer who purchased the product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchase/customer.
5) The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
a) Normal wear and tear of the product;
b) Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification being carried out;
c) Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alternation or modification of the product;
d) Spillage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage;
e) Lightening, accident or negligible use;
h) Fire and floor;
i) Scratches or damage to plastic surface and all other externally parts that are
due to normal customer use;
6) There will be no refunds issued after 7 days of receipt of product. Any returns after 7 days are handled on a case by case basis. Within reason. We will do what we can to ensure customer satisfaction.
7) Buyer is responsible for all the return shipping/delivery charges.
8) We assume buyer had agreed to our policy, terms and conditions upon confirmation of order. Any disputes regarding the policy will not be entertained.
9) Gen Y Station reserves the right to make the determination as to whether a fault exists with the product.
