MYOB BusinessBasics is an entry-level accounting system, ideal for small office/home office (SOHO) businesses that do not need to keep track of stocks or purchases. It's an accounting software that helps you keep track of your sales, who owes you money as well as the movement of your business funds. You can create and print Sales Invoices and Quotations, Statement of Accounts and customise these forms to reflect your corporate identity. You don't really need to know accounting as BusinessBasics is, for the most part, a single-entry system, and makes the necessary double-entry for you. Included in the package is a CD containing an eTutorial Video, which guides you through setting up and using MYOB BusinessBasics. BusinessBasics has over 70 reports, including the Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and General Ledger listings. MYOB BusinessBasics is licenced for installation on one (1) computer, and you can maintain up to five company files with the initial purchase.
