• Delivery will not be offered on weekend and Public/Bank Holidays. Any delay might be incurred due to holidays, or any type of natural disaster.

We estimated the delivery time is next business day to 3 business day within West Malaysia and it will be delivered to your doorstep by the courier services / pos laju.

For East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) delivery time is 5 business day to 7 business day usually and it will be delivered to your doorstep by the courier services / pos laju.

Return Policy:

• No cancellation of order is allowed once orders have been processed.
• We will only accept buyers to return the products that are damaged or defective or do not correspond with the order made.
• The return requests of the products can be made within 7 days (1 week including weekend) from the purchased date.
• All the approved returned products must be packaged and wrapped securely. The delivery cost for the return of the products shall be borne by buyer.
• If the products purchases are out of stock, buyers can choose to wait for the product availability if the products will load new stock.
• Buyer can choose to request full refund if the products purchases are out of stock OR choose to replace products of equal or higher value.
• Refund only the sales item price (Excluded Shipping fees).

• Only Electrical products will be warranty for 1 week from the date of received if mentioned.
• Warranty only cover from the manufacturers.
• No warranty for Shipping Damage, Missing Parts, Negligent and etc.
