Up for auction is an incredible deal on a pair of brand new NHT Absolute Zero loudspeaker finished in white gloss lacquer with a white removable grille.  These NHT Absolute Zeros could be used for 2-channel stereo and as front or rear speakers in a Home Theater system.

   The Classic Absolute Zero is NHT's fourth generation of award winning mini-monitors. In this latest version, NHT managed to extend bass and improve horizontal dispersion while maintaining the open and natural midrange for which all Zero models are known. The Absolute Zero is a great choice for stereo, distributed audio and home theater systems.

•Acoustic suspension design (not ported or vented)
•Long-throw 5.25” polypropylene cone midrange/woofer
•1” aluminum dome tweeter
•7 layers of high gloss White lacquer


 
They sounded excellent out of the box.  The sound was open, the soundstage was large and wide, the highs were refined, and the speakers did a much better job of “disappearing” into the background and blending into the overall sound stage.  We were astounded at how good these little speakers sounded.


 
The NHT Absolute Zero is part of the NHT Classic line.  The largest speaker in that line, the Classic Three, was featured in an article in The Absolute Sound referring to it as the best speaker under $1,000.  Stereophile rated the Classic Three in Class C, putting it in some pretty impressive company.
