SHIPPING POLICY
All orders in stock are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. Average delivery time is usually between 3 to 7 working days.
Any dates/times quoted for delivery are approximate only and we will not be liable for any delay however caused.
All orders are either dispatched by Pos Laju Courier Service OR Skynet Courier Service.

RM15 Within East Malaysia
Remarks: The delivery flat rate (RM10) in our site are referring to Peninsular Malaysia only. If item send to East Malaysia the delivery charges will be vary according to the weight of the item. Combined Item allowed within Peninsula Malaysia Only.
RETURNS POLICY
Faulty products can be returned along with the order number and a description of the fault.
We may replace the item only if the item are considered as manafacturer defect.
We are not responsible on the faulty which is caused by misused of the products.
Orders received that are incorrect: You will need to contact us within 2 days of delivery.
