Postage and Packaging

Buyer pays shipping and handling charges. Insurance is optional, can be purchased separately at just 1.5% of item price. We highly recommend buyer purchase insurance for certain items price which is above MYR 100.00. Some items, insurance will be included in the postage and packaging cost. Please refer to our listing details.

Buyer responsible for lost and damaged during shipping period. All claims of damage/lost in transit will inform the buyer after we received the outcome from our local post office. In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If our postage and packaging cost seem high, that's because the postage and packaging cost includes much more such as the cost of packaging, transport costs, labour costs and certain items include insurance.

We have put these costs on posting to keep our fees down, this will ultimately, give our customer greater savings. Also it will minimize the chances of getting customs taxes.

Item will be send out daily, every Monday to Thursday. We do not deliver items during Friday(Unless special request by the buyer)., Saturday and Sunday to avoid damage/lost during weekend transit. We allow combine shipping for multiple items according to weight (include item weight and packaging weight). We usually ship your item within 3 working days as long as we receive your confirmation payment and payment is clear via our bank account.

Once item is shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number in order for you to trace your item.

Please check the parcel in front of the courier guy. Make sure that the seal and packing paper is in good condition before you sign for it. Return to the courier guy if the seal or package is open or broken. We do not accept complaint about items is missing, differ once you received.

If item is out of stock (this may happen occasionally as we listing more than hundred of items, it is hard for us to control our stock.) , we will contact you immediately for a refund or exchange, or wait for the new stock arrive. Anyway, we may replace some similiar item should you agree. Warranty

All Casio Watches, Casio Digital Cameras, Panasonic Products and Casio calculators are new and genuine, originally from the Distributors in Malaysia, most of the models, either come with 12 or 18 month Nationwide Warranty Certificate (refer to the products descriptions). Manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty, this does not cover battery, damage resulting from misused, accident, rough handling and other condition as stated by the manufacturer warranty card.

We appreciate your positive feedback and will gladly return the courtesy. Please do not leave a negative feedback as a way of communicate, leaving negetive feedback will not solve your issue, we will do our very best to serve you better.

Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable.

  Return Item Policy

• We accept return if item is defective upon receipt.
• Upon receipt of item, if there is any defect/damage, please email to notify us within 2 days.
• Buyer will have to pay for the return shipping fees (defected item), seller pay for the replacement of delivery fees. The returned item must be in complete set or same as the condition as we ship out. Must be sent back within 7 days.  
 
• No used item or damaged item is allowed. Only manufacturer defect is accepted.
• Shipping and handling charges, insurance and other fees are not refundable in any case. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event of your equipment that has to be serviced, repaired or returned. The customer holds the responsibility  for the package until it arrives at our location.
