noraishah68, if your laptop or PC have TV card then dont need the VGA to RCA converter box. you can use the cable type VGA to RCA.
normally laptop and PC not coming with this TV card so you can use the VGA to RCA converter box. |

| hi sir. the vga to rca converter is for video only. for audio you can connect the 3.5mm audio jack from your PC to rca input at speaker/TV. |
