7. Cancellation fee of RM25 is applicable for cancellation on each product won / bid.
8. Retract of NPB will be needed if wish to buy the item in the future and confirmation of stock is needed.
9. Mistake made by us, we will refund, but if not our mistake, refund will not be acceptable or only 70% of winning price will be refund before item send, after we have sent the item, we can't refund.
10. Feedback must be placed before we refund.
11. We reserve the rights to cancel your bid during any auction.
