1. Payment shall be made within 24 HOURS from the date of order / auction ends. Please email the proof of payment and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please update in your Lelong buying status thereafter. Order(s) will not be reserved for payment after the duration mentioned.

Estimated Delivery Date:
a) Peninsular Malaysia : Next 2 to 5 working days from delivery day.
b) East Malaysia : Next 3 to 6 working days from delivery day.
c) Tracking Number: We will update the tracking number at the lelong order between after 7 pm on the delivery day.
d) Please take note that most courier system is not updated online instantly, we advice you to check after 24 hours after receiving the tracking number.
1. Order Acceptance
a. By creating and submitting an order, client represents and warrants that all personal information you have entered for the order is valid.
b. Client cannot cancel or change an order once it has been submitted and paid, except with respect to out of stock items.
c. If an item client have ordered is not in stock after the order has been placed, client will receive an “Out of Stock” notification via email / phone (if an email address / phone number has been provided). We reserve the right to cancel orders for out of stock items at any time by giving email / phone text notice to client.
d. IMPORTANT: Please take down the “Order Reference No.” for future reference
2. Order Processing
a. We process most orders within 1 - 2 full working days upon receiving of payment for the items selected which are in stock. If item ordered is out of stock, we will contact client for further instructions.
b. We will issue an email to notify client when client’s order has been shipped with shipment’s tracking number for order tracking purpose.
c. All orders will be shipped via our designated courier service provider.
d. All ship and delivery date specified are estimated only and are subject to change. We do not guarantee delivery date and we are not responsible for delay by the designated courier service provider.
e. Client are required to inspect your order upon arrival, report any problems/issues within 3 days to email@example.com.

c. The picture colour shown may slightly different from the actual items color due to the differentiation of the computer resolution and the monitor quality.
Order Cancellation and Return Policy
1. All orders which have been confirmed, acceptance and delivered cannot be cancelled.
2. Goods sold are not refundable/returnable unless with defect which should inform us via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 days after received it (based on tracking system). Any failure to do so will not be entertained.
3. All goods must be returned in good condition with original packing and all tags are attached. Returned goods shall not be accepted on worn, soiled, altered, stained or washed merchandise. We reserve the right not to accept the return.
4. Replacement will be processed once we have inspected the condition of the returned product and received the payment of re-delivery charges (if any).
5. We will not hold responsible for loss or goods damaged on the way back for a return.
6. All sizes are suggestion only, we do not refund or exchange based on sizes issue.
