| The tube only fits AA battery. I am sorry i'm not sure if it can support 2xCR123A, if you can DIY a tube of your own you can give it a try at your own risk. TQ |

| Sorry we don't provide repair service. Only those branded brands we carry like Fenix, Olight, iTP with warranty terms stated for repair have to send back to manufacturer as we don't have the proper machines nor the parts to repair them. TQ |

| Please re-read the posting, it can only use max 4pcs AA (total of 6V). Whereas 14500 is 3.7V no doubt however the actual capicity once full charge is around 4.1V hence 2pcs would be 8.2V, your LED will blow in no time. Please google up for more info on lithium-ion batteries, these are special type of batteries and not all flashlight can support unless otherwise claimed by manufacturer. |

| Not sure about the voltage limit. However we have tested it up to 5pcs AA 1.5V only, it can take it. But the brightness with 4pcs AA & 5pcs AA is the same, its brighter than 3pcs AA. TQ |

| Hi, i am unable to confirm the exact lumens as there is no spec provided by the manufacturer. I am not certain yours is which model probably take a look at the LED is it round shape or cubical shape? If round it's luxeon LED, if cubicle shape probably it's the CREE LED. Does your flashlight able to go up to 300m ++, as we have tested ours reaching almost 400m. Otherwise you can bring your flashlight to our shop for comparison. |
