Once payment done, kindly please email us physical evidence (payment slip, bank receipt, etc) or e-receipt at our lelong gmail and update us your correct shipping address.
2. Once we have received your physical evidence and confirmed that payment has been received, we will process your order.

Delivery
1. We do not entertain meet-up.
2. All Goods are shipped by Registered Post, Pos Express or Pos Laju.
3. We will try to ship goods from within Malaysia as far as possible. If this is not possible, goods will be shipped directly from overseas at no additional charges.
4. For combined shipping, please check ESTIMATED SHIPPING COST under Shipping and Payment below and pound; and ordm;
a) IF estimated shipping cost is MYR 10.20, then you can only combined with items with the same estimated shipping cost (ie MYR 10.20) and the combined rate for each additional item is MYR 6.
b) For all other items (If estimated shipping cost is NOT MYR 10.20) and unless otherwise stated, the combined rate for each additional item is MYR 3 and can be combined with all other items as long as estimated shipping cost is NOT MYR 10.20 for the items which you combine with.
Terms and Conditions
1. Product Warranty(not including accessories)
a) All items are tested prior to shipment if possible unless sealed in manufacturer and iexcl; and macr;s original packing.
b) In addition, we offer 1-1 exchange of goods within 7days of receipt of item for items btwn (MYR 30 and MYR 110) For items above MYR 110, we do offer a 1 year warranty in additional to the 1-1 exchange policy.
2. Special Condition
We dont allow shipping rate to be combined if goods are purchased from our different account/user name in lelong but we reserve the right to ship them together and no discount will be given.
Policy
1. We do not entertain any phone call, but you are most welcome to SMS us. We will reply your SMS within 24 -48 hrs. If reply is too long, we will reply thru email.
2. Item will be received within 7-10 days upon payment confirmation.
3. Color might be shipped out at random if the color you purchased is not available.
