Safetrade transaction will auto cancel if got no respond from buyer within 1 week instead of pending until safetrade admin got confirmation from buyer.
Payment will auto release to seller after 1 week if buyer do not respond after verifies purchase. Previously, payment to seller will pending until safetrade admin get confirmation from buyer.

2. Save up to 80% or more on accumulated withdrawal fees !

10 transactions require 10 withdrawals in old safetrade. Now, sellers can accumlate 10 transactions and withdraw all at once. It saves up to RM8 for this withdrawal.
Seller can accumulate payment in safetrade account and withdraw at once in future. Regardless of the amount withdraw, no matter is RM10 or RM10,000 or more, the charges will cost only RM2. Previously, withdrawal is charged per transaction.

There is a risks of trading online when both parties are stranger and not in the same area. Using safetrade's service is the only way where buyer has the sense of security. Buyer can eliminate risks of seller do not send goods or sending defect goods after make payment. Payment is fully refundable if seller refuse to send goods.
Payment made will top up into buyer's safetrade account. Within 7 days after seller send goods, buyer must login to safetrade to give confirmation of goods received. It is DIY basis. Buyer must select to release payment (item received in good condition) or hold payment(do not receive goods within 5 days or received defects/faulty goods) in the time frame given.

2. Simplified Top up once use for ALL

Buyer can top up safetrade account for one transactions or for all transactions at once. In order to trade safely online, buyer can use safetrade's service for all transactions trade in lelong. Payment amount that buyer top up will be accumulate in safetrade account.
Credits in safetrade account can be withdraw at any time by buyer.
