Shipping delays and back-orders

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. We only sell items that are in stock, however in the very unlikely event that we experience items that are temporarily out of stock we will notify you immediately for the next delivery time or a replacement of a similar product of the same value. If that is not possible, we will refund you for the total you paid for the product and shipping.

Special delivery arrangements

If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations. An additional minimal fee applies for this premium service.

If you and #39;re not satisfied with Goods you have purchased, you may request for an exchange/return within 7 days from the date of collection/delivery.

• Bring the product (excludes display set items) back in brand-new condition, including the box, in original condition, with the guarantee card and your valid purchase receipt from Courts Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
• In returning the goods, please note that free gifts, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.
• If returning software, it must be unopened.
• In the event of a cancellation with no exchange in product, a refund will be given in the same mode of payment that was used in the original purchase.
• Certain categories cannot be exchanged after usage, such as Apple products, PDA, Mobile Phone, Game Console, Made-to-order / Custom-Made, Air-Conditioner (once installed), Home Appliances (once used), Personal Care products, Mattresses and Assembled Furniture.
• If an exchange is required for a higher value, and it is an instalment plan purchase, then a new instalment plan agreement must be sanctioned.
• If delivery has taken place, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.

Warranties

With respect to branded Goods sold by us we make no warranties except those stated in the supplier and #39;s or manufacturer and #39;s warranty card supplied with your Goods, or in the case of any extended warranty issued by us, such extended warranty documentation, for which provisions, terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference. Such warranty does not cover software purchased hereunder. You hereby agree to refer to the relevant software license for the warranties which apply to your software.

With respect to non-branded Goods sold by us, such Goods are supplied and sold on an and quot;as is where is and quot; basis, unless the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods has issued a warranty in respect of such Goods, in which case such Goods are supplied and sold with the warranties issued and granted by the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods only. You hereby agree to look solely to such manufacturer, or supplier, for any claims related to such warranties.
