We accept payment through:
- ATM bank in (Maybank, CIMB, BIMB)
- Internet banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, BIMB)
- Credit or Debit card payments (additional 3.5%+RM2 fees apply)
- Payment through PayPal account (additional 3.5%+RM2 fees apply)
For all of the above payment method, you'll need to upload payment proof:
- A clear copy of bank in slip. Scans, camera image or mms is accepted as long as the details are clear for us to verify.
- Transaction information. Screen shots or pdf file of online receipt. (internet banking or credit/debit card)
- Email us your Paypal receipt.
PS: All payment should be made in full including postage. No installment will be entertained.
Product(s) sold are serviced and supported by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products.
If you need to return product(s) back to us for warranty, please contact the Customer Service Support at email@example.com.
Please ship back the product(s) to the respective shipping branch in the original packaging with any accessories as advised by the Customer Service Support. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty.
We will not accept return of product(s) that are not compatible with your system configuration or damaged during shipment to and from or misused by customer / shipping carrier or hold by custom.

Return Policy Details
- You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging and/or including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the products. Failure to do so will result in your application for returns being rejected.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- We will do a refund only after we received the return items and inspected it (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
- Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
