Important Note:
You must do all that you reasonably can to enable delivery to take place at the given time and place. If you delay delivery, or delivery fails because you have not taken appropriate steps, and the shipment is returned to us, we will try to arrange for an alternative delivery date within 7 days of the failed delivery, the cost of any re-delivery shall be borne by you. If we are unable to arrange a date for re-delivery we may cancel your order and refund to you the price that you have paid for the item(s), minus all shipping costs and RM10.00 processing fee.

Once an order is placed, the system automatically confirms the order and guides you through the payment process. However, the system only reserves the item(s) ordered out of the quantity available after the payment details have been uploaded.

If other customers have ordered the same item(s), paid* and uploaded the payment details first, then the item will be reserved for them. In this case, if you have ordered but not paid or not uploaded the details if already paid*, the item(s) ordered may not be available anymore. You are advised to make payment* quickly after ordering and upload the payment details as soon as possible.

The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

Dead-On-Arrival Items

All items are thoroughly tested before shipping out to prevent any DOA (Dead On Arrival) problems.

In the unlikely event of any DOA item(s), it must be reported within 48hrs upon delivery. If you have notified us of a problem with the item(s) within this time, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace any item(s) found to be damaged or defective upon delivery; or if we are unable to replace the item(s), refund to you the amount paid by you for the item(s) in question minus the shipping fees and RM10.00 processing fee.

All shipping fees for returning the goods to us for repair or replacement shall be borne by you and we will bear the shipping fees on our part when sending the goods back to you.

30-days Local Warranty

If there are problems with the item(s) within 30 days upon delivery, our aim is to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. In most instances we will either offer a repair or where this is not possible we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent model.

Do check, however, if the manufacturer offers a helpline, repair or warranty service. Using this service may be the fastest way to get the problem put right. If there is no warranty or repair service available, or if you wish to return faulty item(s), do contact us before sending the item(s) back to us for repair or replacement.

All shipping fees for returning the goods to us for repair or replacement shall be borne by you and we will bear the shipping fees on our part when sending the goods back to you.

1-year Manufacturers Warranty

If you purchased the item more than 30 days ago, you are still entitled to the manufacturers warranty. The original manufacturers obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing without charge, FOB point of manufacture a similar part to replace any part if proven to have been defective due to manufacture or workmanship. All shipping fees for sending and returning the goods for repair by the manufacturer shall be borne by you.

All obligation under the warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing without charge, a similar part to replace any part if proven to have been defective due to manufacture or workmanship. Waranty will be void under the following circumstances:

  • Any modification, tampering or repairing or attempt to repair the equipment by any unauthorized person without written consent from us or the manufacturer (this includes Rooting of Tablets)

We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these terms and conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
