New Mobile Phones normally comes with 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user (example such as water damage)
Chinese Mobile phone its normally comes with 3 month warranty unless its stated.
Used mobile and accessories normally comes with 1 week personal warranty from us.
Memory Card Warranty normally stated on the receipt or the packing.
Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive.

All items are in stock and are ship out to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are ship out the next working day.

Pos Express – for screen protector, sillicon case or other small item – normally 1-2 working days, but not guaranteed from us but from pos ( written 'dijamin sampai esok' on the envelope)
Pos Laju - for all item – normally the next working days after shipment from out sides, but not guaranteed especially for sabah /sarawak.
