In the event of non-stock availability for a specific order, seller would contact buyer for decision to be placed on backorder or to proceed with a full-refund thus not wasting any time for both parties.
We allow combine shipping if buyers purchase multiple items from us and the shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight. System will automatically calculate the combine shipping fee and show on the check out page.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items are passed to you upon our delivery to the courier service.
We will try to deliver the goods on the date agreed with you. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and we will agree an alternative date with you or you may, if you wish to cancel ; order and we will fully reimburse you. We will deliver to the address agreed with you at the time you place your order. You must be available to accept personal delivery and sign acknowledgement of delivery. If the package appears damaged when it is delivered to you we advise you not to accept delivery. We do not reponsbile to any lost in shipping. Our reponsible is ship out good conditions products to our customer, and provide the tracking id on time.
We strongly recommend that, upon receipt, you inspect the phone. In the unlikely event that we deliver the wrong phone to you or the phone or other goods are defective or damaged, please inform us as soon as reasonably possible.
We will not be liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control. If you delay a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date we agreed to deliver it.
If we are unable to provide you with the phone you have ordered for reasons beyond our reasonable control, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting a substitute phone (if available) or a complete refund of any sums that you have paid.

You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:
You received a damaged item from the courier, please contact us as soon as possible.
You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
All sealed items must not be opened. In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on the warranty information.
- Within the warranty period, a new unit will be replaced without any charges for parts and labour, however buyer have to pay for the postage charge.
- Postage of warranty must be beared by buyer in both way sending.
- We reserve the rights to replace the product with the same or equivalent product.
- Replacement of product does not in any way renew or extend the warranty period.
- Warranty is only applicable to the buyer of the product.
- Customers are required to ship the product to us, we do not bare the postage charges.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of transportation for sending the product for warranty.
- Please make sure that the product is properly packaged to ensure that no damage occurs to the product during transit.
- Please take note that it takes 3-5 working days for the verification process of product replacement.
- The warranty does not apply to any extra parts of the product for example the wiring, power adapter and the manual.
- The warranty does not cover replacement or repair necessitated by loss or damage from any cause beyond the control of us, such as lightning or other natural and weather related events or specific situations including voltage supply problems, tempering or unauthorised repair by any person, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormal temperatures and conditions or entry by any insect or foreign object in the product.
- The warranty does not cover damage or loss incurred during transportation of the product.
- Warranty void if there is physical damage on the products or the product box is lost.
- For the Netpay payment, we will refund the price that we listed with the shipping fees but not include the 3% charges of Netpay.
- For the Paypal Payment, we will refund the price that we listed with the shipping fees but not include the extra charges of Paypal.
- For the Direct Banking, Maybank2U, We will refund the cost of the products but not include shipping fees.
