SATA
to 44 Pin IDE Converter Adapter
This
converter enable your 2.5" SATA hard disk to be used on IDE motherboard
with
preeminent performance. It requires no drivers or software and is easy
to install.
HOWEVER, please note that it won't fit into most laptop HDD
slot, this adapter is designed with Mini Computers that use 44 pin IDE
connector in mind, e.g. POS Systems, that might require an
upgrade to new SATA 2.5" HDD. (might not with 3.5" SATA HDD, as the 44
pin connector on computer system mainly is designed for 2.5" HDD power
level)
