Shipping Fees & Policy

Shipping fee to Peninsular Malaysia:
Shipping fee charges is RM6. Combined shipping allowed. FREE shipping additional item.

Shipping fee to East Malaysia:
Shipping fee charges is RM10. Combined shipping allowed. FREE shipping additional item.

FREE Shipping for Purchases above RM200.

Shipping fee to Singapore:
Shipping fee charges is SGD5.00. Combined shipping allowed. Additional charges of SGD 0.50 for each additional item.

Shipping fee to Other countries out side of Malaysia and Singapore:
Additional shipping costs are required for shipments outside Singapore and Malaysia. A second notification email for the additional shipping fee required will send to you once you submit order.

2. How long does it take from order to delivery?

Delivery to Malaysia and Singapore:
The item will be arrived in 1-5 business days after your payment made. The delivery time to other country may vary.

3. Availability of stocks

If payment was made and good are out of stocks, customer will be informed via email. Within 2 days from the notification, Customers may either request for

- Full refund via bank transfer or Paypal or
- Selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
Also, any updates to the availability status of the products will be posted in our website.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. If the item is faulty, we can refund or exchange. However we may not accept the reason that the buyer changes his minds after some period of time.

2. The color might be a little bit different of what on the pictures because of different computer monitor.

7-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

We values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for an exchange.

Items purchased may be exchanged within 7 business days from the date order is shipped.

The merchandise must be in new original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsaleable.
 
Please note, for health & hygienic reasons, we do not exchange on panties, thongs, hosiery or items that cover the crotch, so please select these items with care. (NO EXCEPTIONS).

We reserve the right to refuse exchange on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.

We also reserve the right to refuse exchange to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive exchanges.

Items received after the 7-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
