All electrical products will giving 7 days warranty start on the delivery date. Which for 3 months or 1 year warranty will remark at product info there.
All claims must return back with all packaging and fully accessories including the product leaflet and our shop warranty sticker.
NO ACCEPT if : item fall into the water, components damage by the electric current issue, wire problems(normally by human factor), screw have open or repair by someone. Warranty seal is broken.
Our technical will check if in accordance with the rules. We will replace the NEW one, yes is the NEW one for you. Valid only for 1 time warranty claim.
It only charge normal postage rate(around RM10+) for the claim item resend. It really worth by only pay for the postage and get the new item.
For 1 year warranty stuff, at the first 6 months (start on posting date) can claim for the new one. After 6 months until 1 year, we only can bear the claims for the 50% of the selling price of product. Customer can buy the same brand product with the direct cash money rebate.

1) Damage within 6 months -> fully claim the new one
2) Damage within 6 months++ to 1 year -> purchase the same brand new one with discount RM50 on yr next purchase
