I wish to buy a sigma 15mm F2.8 lens you have advertised but you do not say if it is canon mount or Nikon mount - I need canon.
We accept payment methods as below:

RM50 Deposit (for Cash on Collection at Damansara Perdana, PJ) - Kindly contact us if you prefer this payment method.
Payment must be made within 3 days after you have made the order.
Most of our products come with free shipping to all locations in Malaysia, unless stated otherwise.
We aim to deliver your order within 1-5 business days*. Delivery time starts counting the next business day after order is processed. For example, if order is processed on Monday, delivery time starts counting on Tuesday.
However, there could be some cases where we are unable to deliver within the stipulated time, due to various factors such as item temporarily out of stock, logistics delay and other factors. In the event of this rare case occuring, we will offer full refund if the package is not able to be delivered within 10 business days.
We are not responsible for customer's loss or damages due to the result of late delivery or cancellation of order.
*Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
We use couriers that provide tracking facility. Our courier agents includes (but not limited to) Poslaju, FedEx, and Pos Ekspres (for small items). Customer is able to track the package status on each respective courier's website.
Courier company usually takes maximum 3 business days (normally 1 business day for major cities and locations in Malaysia) to make the delivery to your location. If you do not receive your package within the stipulated time, kindly contact us.
Lost / Damaged Package
We guarantee your package to be delivered in original condition**. We ensure proper protection is provided for every package.
Should there be any cases where:
1. Package and / or item inside package is damaged at the point of arrival
2. Package lost in transit
Kindly contact us within 24 hours after package is received (for case 1) or after you've been notified by courier of package lost in transit (for case 2).
We take full responsibility for lost or damaged package, and will take necessary actions of either re-sending new package or full refund.
**Original condition refers to the package condition before it is sent to courier.
Cash On Collection (COC)
We accept Cash On Collection method. RM50 non-refundable deposit is required. Kindly contact us first if you prefer COC.

48 Hours Defect on Arrival (DOA) Warranty
All products offered in our store comes with 48 hours Defect on Arrival (DOA) warranty. DOA refers to the situation where the product fails to operate or there is manufacturing defect at the time of product arrival.
If this situation occurs, customer must contact us within 48 hours after package is delivered. The 48 hours period starts once courier company has updated delivery status on their website as "Delivered" (or other similar terms).
DOA warranty is no longer covered once the 48 hours period is over.
Most products offered comes with GiantMoni warranty. Warranty period is one (1) year, unless stated otherwise on individual product page.
GiantMoni warranty terms, conditions and limitations are identical to as provided by manufacturer of the product.
Provided below are the warranty's general terms condiitons:
1. The warranty does not apply to any product which has been subjected to misuse; abuse; abnormal use; negligence; natural disaster; alteration; illegal firmware upgrading and/or modification; or accident.
2. The warranty does not apply to any defects or damage directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from the use of unauthorised replacement parts or services.

Manufacturer Local / International Warranty
Some products in our store come with manufacturer warranty. For this type of warranty, kindly contact the manufacturer should you need technical assistance or for claiming warranty.
Should you need to return your item for claiming the warranty, please follow the steps below:
1. Fill up the Warranty Claim Form (kindly contact us to get the form).
2. Send the form to us via email.
3. Once we've received the claim, we will prepare Return Material Authorization (RMA) and will send the RMA to your email.
4. Proceed with packaging and sending your product along with printed RMA to our address.
5. We will return your product to manufacturer for repairing / servicing / exchanging, subject to their respective warranty terms conditions.
6. You will be notified once product is returned back to our location and we will proceed with sending back the repaired / exchanged product to your address.
The cost of shipping from and to customer; will be borne by our company. We will refund customer's shipping cost to our location. Repairing / servicing / exchanging cost is free of charge, unless the product warranty claim do not meet manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
All returned items must be accompanied by RMA. Any returned item without RMA will not be processed, and all costs of shipping will be borne by customer.
