Unlike conventional drop-in air filters made of paper or foam elements that require oil to maintain filtering capacity, Simota air filters are made of a non-woven fabric and can be used with or without oil.
Simota air filters are made of a lightweight unique EPDM one piece extrusion molded rubber compound frame. This means that the frame and filter will not seperate under harsh conditions.

Delivery Method and Charges
12V delivers internationally. Here's a quick overview on how our delivery works:
Malaysia, including Sabah Sarawak - Free Delivery, no minimum purchase required unless specified. We use express courier services. Transit time is usually 3-4 days.
International destinations - delivery is calculated based on total weight of your order. We use EMS or Expedited Economy shipments.
Handling time is 2 days from the date payment is made, unless otherwise specified.
Once item is shipped out, you will receive an email from us stating the tracking number of the shipment and how you can track your order.
Transit time is based on standards provided by the courier companies. At 12V, we do our best to ship your orders as soon as we can but we are not responsible for any delay caused while the delivery is in transit.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services. You can choose to pick up your order at our warehouse but please note that all orders must be made and paid online before you drop by our warehouse.
Warehouse pick-up hours is Mondays to Fridays 9am to 5pm, excluding Public Holidays.

We understand that it can be difficult to choose products when ordering online because you don't get to feel them in your hands and get a first hand look at them.
To ease your mind and help you make your decision, we are now offering a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee where you can return the product you have purchased.
There are conditions to this offer which are outlined below.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if you want to take up this offer.
You must return the product as new so that it can be resold as a new item. If the item is not as new when we receive it we will send it back to you. You will be responsible for paying the return postage before we send the product back.
You are responsible for sending and paying to have the product returned. We highly suggest making sure the delivery is insured. We are not responsible for damage whilst in freight, that is your responsibility.
You will receive a credit only for a returned item, not a full refund. The credit will only be for the amount of the item, not the shipping cost. If the item(s) were part of our FREE DELIVERY incentive then the shipping amount will be subtracted from the cost of the product and that is the credit amount you will receive. For example if you bought an intercoler kit for RM1000 (FREE DELIVERY) and it cost us RM100 to ship then you will only receive a RM900 credit.
Depending on the supplier, some products may incur a re-stocking fee which will be taken into consideration when working out your credit.
At this present time this offer does not apply to wheels, seats, bodykits, exhaust systems, and other bulk items (more than 10kg).

Warranty and Returns
Products may be returned when they have been damaged during delivery or appear to be faulty. If you are not satisfied with your product then you may be eligible for our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
Please read the conditions below regarding warranty and returns:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
If a courier is used to deliver the product (such as Citi-link Express), you are required to check the product for damage when delivered. If damage has occurred in shipping then you must send the product back with the courier. If you do not do this, you will forfeit any insurance claim.
You must return the product as new and without further damage. Send product back with courier if product is damaged upon arrival (see point above).
We will pay for the return postage to get the product back to us if within 48 hours. Please contact us for reserve courier charges for package pickup.
You will receive a refund for return of a damaged item. If the item is deemed not damaged or not faulty, or has been damaged during installation or misuse (not manufacturer's fault), we will send it back. You will be required to pay for the return postage before it is sent.
Warranty registration system is auto-generated on the date of purchase with 1 year manufacturer's warranty + extended Bonus 1 month warranty (otherwise stated no warranty or used product)
We are not liable for any mishaps during installation of products to your vehicle.
In the event of any warranty claim goods or parts replacement for products received after 48 hours, buyers will need to pay for any possible shipping cost to send in for warranty claim.
