Due to a huge amount of orders we received everyday, it may take 1-3 days to process your order before it leave the warehouse.
Orders that made on Friday until Sunday will only be shipped on Monday of the following week. We provide local shipping.Once your order leave the warehouse we will notify you by email along with a tracking number. Sokano shop will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by Gdex/Ta-Q-Bin. For any concern on your tracking details and your parcel whereabout, you need to contact your Gdex/Ta-Q-Bin office.
All orders are charged according to the weight of the parcel. Our system will automatically calculate the weight and the amount you should pay will be display at the end of the order process. Please take note that Tracking number will be given once posted.NO REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel returned to us due if customer not available by the time parcel delivered. Also buyer has to top up shipping cost again if parcel returned to us.

All items subject to 1 month warranty. Customer receive items with manufacturer defects must claim from us within 1 month from the parcel receiving date.
Customer must notify us with email or handphone contact (SMS or Whatapp Preferred) before sending back any defect item or else the warranty process will be voided.
Item which is not subject to warranty including inner dressing, 1 time use item (Dryeper or consumable item) due to higiene issue. Please contact us if you wish to knoe the item is under warranty or not.
After returned parcel received, we will process replacement/refund within 3 working days. If the item confirmed defect, return parcel postage fee will be bear by us. If the item confirmed no defect, customer has to bear the psotage fee.
