| Not sure, depands from the sun light. For our experience, it will lights up around 7:30 pm and around 11pm will start dim. |

| Dear sir, this product is with our standard warranty. Please see our term and conditions side. The bulb it using is LED and soldered on circuit board. if you want to change it have to resolder out the LED. Thanks for enquiry. |
