Hi,

The item may and maynot have been a used item. We are not sure as at times we are told that it may have been a re-tracked item off the assembly line as it has not satisfied stringent quality control checks.

So basically it may not have been used by "someone". So its very hard for us to accertain if its a used unit or not. But it may not be classified as a new unit. So its called a refurbished unit as it has been re-modelled to its working condition.

Hope that answers your doubts.

For outstation customers warranty still applies. Just have the item shipped back to us for claimage. Yes the system is pre moddded to cfw 5.00 m33-6 (more stable).

The system is in refurbished condition. Meaning it looks 98% new. Everything is in good working condition. The warranty coverage is 3 months All-in on system.
