We usually use Poslaju and Citilink for deliveries within Malaysia as well as internationally. Poslaju is reliable, fast and secure. You will always get a tracking code - which you can use to track the delivery status.
For certain international countries, we also use DHL.
All items on our store are ready stock. This means as soon as we have received your payment, we will start packing. Your parcel usually ships the next business day!
Our Deliveries are Fast
It usually takes 1 business day for dispatched parcels to reach you if you are within Klang Valley. Below is a quick summary of estimated delivery time frames (number of days Postman takes to deliver to you):

Our delivey charges are cheap. Below is the rate:
- West Malaysia: RM7 (1-2 items), subsequently add RM1 per item

How do you deliver to buyers?
We usually deliver via Poslaju on the next working day after payment is received. If payment is made through a check, we usually need to wait for the clearance before the payment is confirmed - this may take up to 2 working days. On rare cases where an item has to be restocked, we may need to wait for the restocked item to reach us first before a delivery can be made (you will be informed before hand in this case).
How long will it take for my dress to arrive?
Poslaju will usually take 1 working day to deliver in Klang Valley, and up to 2 working days to other parts of West Malaysia. Add 1 working day to that to East Malaysia. Poslaju is very reliable and efficient, you can always request for a tracking code if your parcel did not reach you after the estimated time as stated above.
Poslaju, wow, isn't that expensive?
Not really. RM7 for 1 to 2 dresses for delivery within West Malaysia. RM9 for East Malaysia. We absorb the delivery cost when your purchase is RM200 or more in a single order. This is automatically applied in our shopping cart system.
Can COD be arranged?
Yes, but only for purchases more than RM100 in total and in Klang Valley areas. If your address is within Klang Valley areas, you will see COD shipping method option upon checkout. If your order is below RM100, we will automatically charge RM20 for COD. We prefer COD within the following areas: Puchong, and Shah Alam. Please arrange with us for COD place and time.
At Irenelim Fashion, we are committed to selling only first-quality and genuine fashion apparel. We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is returned/presented in original and sale-able condition. The returned item must be in its original packaging together with its original tags and accessories, unwashed, and unaltered.
Please note the following guidelines.
- Requests to exchange/replace/credit must be made within 5 days after the item is received.
- Customer has to pay for the delivery back of the item, unless it's a direct fault or mistake on our side (1). We recommend that customer insure the package and deliver via a traceable method such as Poslaju or DHL.
- 10% of the item's price will be deducted as processing and handling fee, unless it's a direct fault or mistake on our side (1) or because there is serious quality fault on the item (2).
- In case customer opt for exchange, customer will have to pay for the delivery of the new item.
- If customer can't find a good replacement, we can keep the credit for you (after 10% is deducted as in point number 3). Credit will be in the form of equivalent points and be added to the customer's account.
- Exchange, return or credit (points) will only be processed after the returned item has been received in good and sale-able condition, with its original packaging, tags and all accessories. Please contact us for return address.
- Refund is only applicable to Malaysian bank accounts, and to Paypal accounts.
We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange/refund of any item if the above requirements are not fulfilled.
(1) Direct fault on our side includes:
- We delivered wrong item, wrong pattern or wrong color to the customer.
- We delivered a damaged item. Every item is carefully inspected before it’s packed and delivered.
(2) Serious quality fault on the item, which allows you to entertain exchange/replace/credit include:
- Large (as large as RM 10 cents for example) defective or dirt areas.
(3) We do not prefer to entertain exchange/replace/credit because of the following:
- Slight color difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the apparels shown on our website. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.
- The apparel doesn’t look as good as what the customer thought. Customer must check out the detailed photos, measurements and description before making an order.
- The customer doesn't like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design.
- The apparel doesn't fit the customer perfectly. Please check measurement and size as detailed on our product detail page. We measured our apparel to our best effort and as detail as possible. Please check these details before making a purchase.
- The defect caused by customer’s careless handling after the delivery (for example, jammed zip fastener due to rough handling).
