| of course safe to use, it is distributed by one of the big company here in malaysia. we are only agent. for your info, I am also using it to keep hot water to make milk for my son who is only 6 months old |

| | O, y can not mix use of the hot and cold? Is it because the quality of the material used? Do u mean if i mix use it, after some time the vacuum flask will spoil? can this product last for years? |

| all the flask in the market are the same,it is better to separate if you want to use cool, then use cool all the way and if you want to use hot then use hot all the way, if you mix use, it will not last longer |

| Yes can remain cool. However do not mix use hot and cool. Ifu want to use cool then use cool all the ways. Because once u mix use hot and cool, after certain time it will not last longer |
