CASH DEPOSIT PAYMENT, buyer Have to Pay RM0.50 / 50 cents for Bank Charges. If you are using Cash Deposit machine, there are no refund for the balance, however, we will send FREE GIFT that worth the balance. Thank You.

We don't accept safe Trade Payment. Please pay bank charges RM0.50 if outstation Cash Deposit at Counter OR outstation Cheque deposit.

7. Retraction of NPB- please confirm stock availabilities before payment, if stock is relisted and sold. Posting fees will be charge to buyer for NPB retraction.

9. Before the shipping out, the item(s) are subjected to the through examination to avoid any flaw. Return Policy

** DOA item subjected 1 to 1 exchange. [ please report to seller within 1 day ( 24hours ) of item(s) received]. Buyers pay the return delivery fees, Seller pay the Replacement delivery fees, however, all transaction will be handle fairly to a win-win situation, please inform seller the RM spent for return fees, we will send back free gift that worth it. note: [ DOA - Defective On Arrival ]

** We also offer 1 DAY ( 24hours ) return policy for item(s) which may have a Manufacturer Defect. On most cases this will not occur since each of our products are tested prior to the shipment. Exchange it for a New One! All returned items MUST be the same as the condition as we ship out can only be exchanged. Any problem occur after 1 DAY ( 24hours ) after received with the product you purchase from us, the item(s) are subjected/ consider as "Used Item(s)" which is no exchanges on used item(s). Shipping and handling charges, insurance and other fees are Not-refundable in any case.
