All buyers are denoted to be agreed on all the rules and regulation stated above

All returns must be done within 7 working days from the date of receipt (Parcels must arrive at our office within 7 working days).

• NO exchange or return is allowed because of sudden mind change
• All orders placed using Discount code cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Do note that Sale items and items purchased during promotion are not applicable for any returns/exchanges.
• To be eligible for exchange or refund,

1. All return items must be in their original condition.
2. Major defect is discovered
3. Wrong item is delivered

• Items which do not fulfill any one of the 3 criteria will be rejected duly.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.
• Customers will be fully responsible for the postage charges involved in the exchange. Parcels have to be mailed back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
