Refund and Exchange policy

For manufacturer defect, we provide one year local supplier warranty which we will claim the warranty for you.

• Contact us immediately after confirmed item is defected.
• Please ensure the item is fully tested before sending it back to us, as a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged where the item is found working.
• Once the defect is confirmed by us, refund or replacement will be ship once the item is received.

For all other return reasons, we provide 14 days no hassle refund and exchange policy.

• Product must be return for a refund or exchange within 14 days after received the item.
• The item must be carefully packed and all its original content (including any software and manuals) must be included.
• The item must be in unopened, good and re-sellable condition
