1. All items are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit, postage fee is excluded.
2. All items price are non-negotiable.
3. All items sold are not exchangeable or refundable unless defective.
4. Customer satisfaction is always our priority and please contact us first if you meet any problems with your order. We will assist you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
5. There might be some color difference compare with actual item photos due to lighting and monitor setting and manufacturing deviation.
6. Due to human measurement method used, there might be 1-2cm variation. This will be considered as normal.
7. We only accept NetPay, (which use credit card), cash bank-in, or online transfer for payment through the above mentioned bank accounts.
8. Any payment done through bank-in that is more than the given price, we will pay you back the balance/change to be included with the item delivery, as stated under payment terms.
9. All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery. However, if item is damaged due to courier service mishandling, it is out of our hands. All reasonable efforts will be taken to ensure products arrive in good condition. Please report to us via email or PM within 7 days from the time of package arriving, if you encounter any problems.
10. We will ship out your item within 1-3 working days. We will contact you if the shipment will be shipped out later than 3 working days, if there is any unforeseen problem. A shipment tracking reference also will update you after item posted out via courier (excluding normal post delivery which does not have tracking number).
11. Due to the fast cycle of stock inventory, sometimes certain items may not have sufficient quantity, even after you ordered and made payment. In this case, we will inform you of stock unavailability ASAP, and offer you a full refund. You may choose to accept a refund or wait for re-order. Typical re-order wait time is between 30-50 days.
12. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions without prior notice when it is deemed necessary, and by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
We are very confident that all our products sold are non defective and will meet your expectations. However, in the event that the item that you receive from us is defective, please contact us via email, SMS/WhatsApp or Lelong PM, and we will replace the item with another new one, or refund your money back.
Note: You must contact us within 7 days upon receipt of item for defective items. After 7 days, our return policy will no longer applies.
For return items, we will bear the shipping fee to send back to us.
Certain items we sell may have their own existing manufacturer warranty. If item is new, and falls under/eligible for manufacturer warranty, you may also register your item with the manufacturer website, and contact the manufacturer to have it fixed under their warranty program.
