Shipping Returns For Shipping Within Malaysia We only offer courier services by POS LAJU, CITY_LINK and SKYNET for shipping within Malaysia . The shipping charges depend on the sum of weight of the total items you buy. The shipping cost is shown once you place your order and perform Checkout. It is shown before payment is made. For Overseas Shipping POS LAJU, CITY_LINK and SKYNET (only applicable within Malaysia ) : It will take approximately 1 to 3 days for the shipment to reach its destination. Under special circumstances, it may take longer for the shipment to reach its destination. So for overseas buyer item will be send out using normal mail which will takeapproximately 5 to 10 days for the shipment to reach its destination. When the payment transaction is successful, we will email you an Order Confirmation and Shipping Details, which includes your Tracking Number. Any delays in shipment or unavailability of purchased items, will be notified though email. RETURNS Return Policy All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We will do whatever we can to make sure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you. A 10% restocking fee will apply in the event of a refund or exchanging of goods . Items must be in its original state and in the condition they were sent in. Partial returns will not be accepted. Postage costs will not be refunded, and return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Items which are on clearance cannot be refunded or exchanged.
