• Orders processed within 24-48 hours of payment verification.
• We only ship to confirmed LELONG address. Your LELONG address must match your Shipping address, If no, please contact us if you need change Shipping address.
• If you have not received your shipment within 7 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

1. Item will be delivered either by Parcel, Pos Laju or by SkyNet Courier Service to ensure minimum shipping cost.Please do not tell us which courier to use as some couriers have limitations based on volumetric. We use courier which we deemed is most suitable.

2. Please note that shipping duration for Peninsular Malaysia is usually 1-2 days while for East Malaysia; it could take up to 3-4 days. Please give us 2 - 7 Working Days.

3. Tracking information will be updated on Lelong once item is sent out.

4. All items will be well packed for shipping.

5. We Only Deliver on Monday to Friday. And any payment received on weekends will deliver at the next working day.

6. We will check all products, test before postage.

7. Shipping and Handling Charges depends on Item(s) Weight Size

8. Seller is not held responsible for mistakes made by buyers/bidder if they provide wrong or incomplete mailing address, contact information and etc

9. Payment must done Up Front before delivery.

Backorders
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.
