1. We do not accept returns or refunds. We only offer the replacement for the items under the conditions below:

(a) The product does not match the order;

(b) The product is defective

If you receive defective items, wrong sizes, wrong items, or the items that have a problem relating to the quality of the product, detailed photographs, as well as the description of the problem should be emailed/ WhatsApp to our customer support team to assess. Please include your invoice number and the name your order was placed under.

Upon receipt of your Email/ WhatsApp, we will fully examine it and notify you via Email/ WhatsApp within 3 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect/ mismatch/ quality problem. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will arrange the replacement of the said goods through courier service.
