2. Delivery

All orders are direct shipping from Taiwan.
Your order shall be delivered to you within 7-14 working days after your transaction is completed and accepted by Uitox.
All orders are delivered via Quantium. Please check the parcel on this site: http://track.quantiumsolutions.com/
Overseas products are specially imported for you. No cancellation, return and refund allowed. Please make sure you are fully aware of this T&C. If any of our parcel found item missing or damaged; please keep all the items in the parcel as it is and contact our customer service immediately via email to :globalstore.my@uitox.com or call 03-5622 2272 or 03-5622 1255 during our office hour (9am-6pm).
