Self Collect

• For customer convenient, we offer self collect at new office/ warehouse as below:

• Please call us at +603-8021 7599 ext. 504 (Mr Khairul) to make sure the item is ready to be collected.

Shipping/Delivery

• **Free Delivery @ Klang Valley for selected products.. (terms and conditions applied)
• It takes 2 to 3 days for the process of shipping after the payment is cleared.
• Our agent for shipping item are Pos Malaysia and City Link.
• Please note that we will not ship out in weekends and public holidays.
• Note: If you need the item urgently, we offer via Poslaju.
• Estimated delivery time (Poslaju and Citylink ) for Peninsular Malaysia are 2-3 working days and Sabah Sarawak is 5-7 working days.
• We will deliver item to the address agreed and you must be available to accept personal delivery and sign acknowledgement of delivery.

• If you did not receive the item as agreed, immediately call us.
