Certification

Ungerer Company belongs to the following industry organizations: FEMA, FMA, WFFC. All flavor compounds conform to GRAS and FEMA. All fragrance compounds conform to RIFM. Ungerer is also certified organic through Oregon Tilth and certified through KOFK to sell Kosher Products. Ungerer has been audited by OSHA, DEP, ATF Dept of Health, FDA, DOT and the DEA without any nonconformance.

Ungerer Australia also has full HACCP accreditation, with Halal flavours certified by the Australian Halal Food Services(AHFS) group.
