At Livinggears.com, we are committed to making your shopping easy and fuss-free. Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase with us. Please ensure that you have acknowledged, understood and have agreed to abide and adhere to the following terms and conditions.

 

Making a purchase

  • At Livinggears.com, we are not able to neither amend nor combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.

  • We post all orders made before 2pm, Monday - Friday on the same day via trusted and reliable courier service providers. Excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party courier service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
  • For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

Payment

  • All payments have to be made by means specified by Livinggears.com. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
  • Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Exchanges/ Returns:

  • All returns must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNUSED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only.
  • All returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM.
  • All items returned (including faulty items) without abiding by the above terms (1. and 2.) will not be accepted.
  • Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • Sale items, cannot be returned.
  • Please note that there may be a 0 - 2.5 cm difference in given measurements. Items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defect.
  • Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Livinggears portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.
  • All returns will be processed by the Returns Department, up to 5 working days from the date we receive the parcel.
  • Livinggears is not liable for Livinggears items purchased from a third party merchant.
  • All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent.

 

Usage of the site:

  • Livinggears.com may feature pictures, articles, information, digital images, text, data, games, surveys, contests, promotions, advertising, logos, trademarks and other forms of content*** we deem will be of interest to our customers or visitors. This Content can be viewed, transferred, shared and stored by our customers and guest. However, the ownership of this Content belongs to Livinggears.com and by downloading or storing of this Content does not render the customer or visitor the rights nor ownership to it.
  • Content extracted from Livinggears.com and Facebook.com/livinggearsmalaysia and published or shared on any platforms must be credited. Living Planet Enterprise (SA0308346-U) reserves the rights to pursue legal action against unauthorized usage of this Content.

POLICY


We assure the condition of every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a prompt refund.

How do I return an item?

 

 

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Notify us. By calling or drop us an e-mail to inform us your order ID and that you wish to return your purchase.

  2. Package your return. Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dustbags.

  3. Ship it to us. Ship your item using your preferred shipping carrier to:

We recommend insuring your shipment for the appropriate amount. Within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund for the original sales price and any taxes in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges.
