• We are using PosLaju for our delivery.

• Please ensure your Name, Shipping address and contact number is correct. If the item is bounced back to the sender due to invalid address provided or some other reasons, then the shipping cost will not be refunded. The buyer will have to pay the postage for resending the item since it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure a valid shipping address is updated.

• Note : PosLaju service do not ship to P.O.box address.

• All orders will be processed within 24 hours from the time of payment received and will be sent out during weekday and Saturday except Sunday and public holiday.

Business Hours

• Delivery normally take 1-2 working days for addresses within Peninsular, Sabah and Sarawak.

• For inter-bank or GIRO payment, the order will only be posted out once the transaction of payment is cleared which usually takes about 1-3 working days.

• Customer will be informed of courier tracking number via Lelong Update Shipping Details / Email / SMS once order is shipped. (PS: Most courier company does not updated the status online instantly, thus we would advise you to check after 24 hours receiving the tracking number. )

• The tracking number can be used to track shipments through http://www.poslaju.com.my/track.aspx or call 1300-300-300 for latest update.

• Delivery update is sometimes out of our control due to addressee not around at time of delivery, location address error, public holidays or delivery workload of PosLaju.

• Although we want you to receive your items as fast as we can but we still will 100% inspect our product by our in house experience QC (Quality Controller) before we ship out.

• If item is out of stock, we will contact you and you may choose for a refund or replace with other item or wait for the new stock arrives.

• If you do not receive your item within 5 working days, please notify us immediately at vipstore7776@gmail.com

• Please note that we will not be responsible for any losses if the package is left at your doorstep without attendance.
