1. Place your order and submit your payment details for checking purpose. (Please refer to Payment Section)
2. Once we have confirmed your payment, orders will post on next working day. (Please Note that NO shipment arrange on weekend and public holiday )
3. Please provide us the correct recipient name, shipping address and contact number to avoid any delay or problem. (Please note that P.O. Box address is not allowed)
4. We are using POSLAJU for our delivery, consigment note number will be provided for tracking purpose. (For POSLAJU shipment tracking pls refer to http://www.tracking.my/couriers/poslaju)
5. All orders are in 100% PLAIN WRAPPED and NO ANY SENSITIVE WORDS.
6. We are NOT responsible for items received by others as long as the buyer provided us the correct address, so please make sure the right person is available to receive/collect the item. (Please refer to T&C Section)
7. Estimated delivery time normally will takes 1-3 working days for addresses within Peninsular Malaysia and 1-4 working days for Sabah and Sarawak. (Refer to POSLAJU MALAYSIA)
8. Please contact us immediately if your order is not received within 7 working days after shipment.
9. Buyer are encouraged to check the products upon receiving.
10. Products sold are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE unless item malfunction or production defective. (Please refer to T&C Section)
11. We only accept for exchange within the first 7 days after received the product, thereafter will not entertain. (Please refer to T&C Section)
12. We do not responsible for damage/lost during the delivery caused by courier company. However, claim will be made to courier company and will inform if there are any successful.
13. The cost of return the defective products to us for exhange will bear by your own.
14. Exchange product is allowed to change the same model only, for the product exchange but there is not stock available, we will do a 100% refund for you.
15. We only ship within Malaysia, shipment to outside Malaysia please contact us directly for further arrangement. (Refer to Contact section)
16. We reserve the right to change the termd and conditions at any time without prior notice.
