Cancelling Unpaid Orders

1. For those order with pending payment, we will send a reminder to buyer after 24 hours.

2. In case there is no payment made or response from buyer in the next 24 hours after the reminder.

3. We have to assume that buyer has changed their mind and cancel the order.

Exchange of malfunction or defective Products

1. Buyer are encouraged to check the products upon receiving.

2. Products sold are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE unless item malfunction or production defective.

3. We only accept for exchange within the first 7 days after received the product, thereafter will not entertain.

4. We do not responsible for damage/lost during the delivery caused by courier company. However, claim will be made to courier company and will inform if there are any successful.

5. The cost of return the defective products to us for exchange will bear by your own.

6. Exchange product is allowed to change the same model only, for the product exchange but there is not stock available, we will do a 100% refund for you.

7. We are NOT responsible for items received by others as long as the buyer provided us the correct address, so please make sure the right person is available to receive/collect the item.

8. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
