Delivery Times

We will send out all the orders the next working days after payment received. If we are not able to do so, we will have written notice posted on our homepage (http://www.lelong.com.my/merchant/cosimo.htm) in advance. Very large quantities may require additional time. Sometimes, it may take up to 2 - 7 working days to get your orders shipped out to you.. For customer who use GIRO / Interbank Transfer, please do anticipate for delays in shipping out of the ordered products.

We will contact you immediately if we anticipate undue delays.

Shipping

We allow combined shipping. Shipment will be via Poslaju Malaysia or other courier services. We reserve the rights to select the shipping method and carriers to meet your requirement.

Currently we only ships within Malaysia.

Shipping Disclaimers:

Cosimo Trading is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the courier service may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

Shipping details that customer key in during checkout are final, we will send out the item to the address according to the details provided by the customer during checkout. If there’s any mistake or changes customer wish to correct, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to resolve the problem.

Cosimo Trading will not be responsible for item or parcel lost made by courier service, our team will try our best to help you to resolve the problem.
