FAQ about local delivery

Q1. The shipping company arrived at my place while I was away. What should I do?

The shipping company will leave a notification letter in your letter box. You can call them and request for second delivery or you can collect it yourself at a given address.

Q2. What should I do if I missed the second delivery?

We are using Poslaju for domestic shipping at the moment and EMS for international shipping. International buyers please refer to our "International Shipping" page.

• Poslaju only allows up to second delivery. Unfortunately, If you missed the second delivery you would have to go to the nearest Poslaju Centre to collect your parcel. Visit www.poslaju.com.my for more information.

Important Note: Poslaju only keeps unsuccessful delivered parcels for maximum 7 days. Please collect your parcel within the time frame. They will return the parcels to the senders after 7 days. Shipping cost will be charged again for resending your parcel.
