Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, MYAVOTECH will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or license MYAVOTECH.

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

From time to time, there may be information on myavotech.lelong.my that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfy with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice. Please check out “Goods Return Policy (GRP)”.


Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or myavotech.lelong.my .Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, myavotech.lelong.my may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.

POLICY


Goods Return Policy (GRP)

 

It is Okay if you want to return!

 

This is some guide to ensure that the Goods Returned is in good order!

 

  • You may return your order if received a damaged item from the courier.
  • The item is not functioning as per specification.
  • The item is totally not working.
  • You have been send the wrong model or brand as published
  • You have been delivered the wrong color of product which is against your requirement.

 

However, all return must be done with the following condition:

 

It shall be a term of this GRP that in event of a situation that may give rise to a claim for replacement under this clause; the product must be presented to our receiving center within fourteen (14) days of the receiving of the goods.

 

  • To obtain the GRP Code, you must within 3 days of receiving of the defective goods, email or call us to obtain a GRP Code. The GRP Code is in 6 digit and we shall track the item with the code. Together with the GRP Code we will attach a simple GRP Form.
  • Before calling or email for GRP Code, you are advised to consult the manufacturer’s instructions to determine if the failure to operate is due to circumstances that may be corrected by yourself. If after the company received the returned goods with GRP Code, the breakdown was found not true or not covered by this GRP or if the product is found to be non-defective, the product will be returned to you. All transport and handling cost will be back charge to you.
  • Please complete the GRP Form before proceed to pack the return goods. The forms must be included in the same parcel of the returnable goods. Do retain a copy of the completed GRP form for your own records.
  • Please do mark the GRP Code clearly with large font, thick inked pen on all documents and envelope or packing for ease of identification.
  • To ensure returns without hiccup, you need to provide proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, credit card transaction records, online transfer document, bank statement or bank-in records) when requesting for GRP Code. This document must be enclosed with the returned goods when delivering back to the service center.
  • The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
  • All seals by AVOMARINE or the Manufacturer or their Distributors/Agent must not be broken. In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on the warranty information.

 

If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please include the 6 digit GRP code and relevant documents in the parcel and send the item through courier services to our receiving / service center:

On received of your returned good via courier, we will conduct an evaluation within seven (7) days of receiving your returned items. You will also receive a email or SMS Text to confirm that the returned item is received at the warehouse.

 

If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated in the return form. We will also reimburse the courier charges to you together with your refund/store credit.

 

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.

 

Finally please ensure the following condition of GRP are adhere to:

  • The product was purchase as new product.
  • We are sorry to inform you that OPEN BOX OR USED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
  • The products are manufactured for the use in Malaysia as per manufacturer terms.
