The following terms and conditions for delivery and payment shall govern all deliveries and services. Any conflicting purchasing terms and conditions of the Customer are hereby expressly rejected. Any such purchasing terms and conditions shall apply only if we expressly confirm them in writing. Acceptance of the delivered goods shall be deemed acknowledgement of our terms and conditions.

• Shipping costs not included in stated price. All shipping costs to be borne by buyer.
• All applicable duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees at time of delivery shall be borne by the recipient.
• Sales tax will not be charged on your purchases unless required by governing authorities.
• Good sold are not refundable or returnable*. (Unless at seller and #39;s discretion for issuer outlined for shipping errors.
• Prices are subjected to changes by the seller without prior notice.
• All items are checked thoroughly in working condition before dispatching. Please ensure shipping address is correct.
• We shall not entertain any complaints/returns/refunds should there be any error in the address provided by the Buyer.

In the event you have received wrong merchandise:

• If we have shipped you the wrong product by mistake, different than the actual item/s you ordered, please contact us immediately, so we may rectify the mistake by collecting the wrong shipment and send the correct item.
• Items returned under these circumstances must be in good condition otherwise we shall not entertain any requests.
• No refunds allowed.
• Buyer assumes all risk of loss in shipping and liability for loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise due to purchase any and all insurance it deems necessary to indemnify it against any loss in shipping.

No Returns will be entertained as outlined in our TXC Details. Kindly refer to T C details, read carefully and understand before making your purchase.
