Depending on the weight of the item purchased, Pos laju, Yamato, GDEX, will be our preferred courier services. We plan to improve the consistency of our delivery by testing on different courier services for different products, locations, weight and most importantly the Price.

Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped. All orders will have a delivery tracking number to ensure safe delivery and are subject to the freight company's timings and terms and conditions.

PIR will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, PIR will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Goods should normally take about 21 working days to arrive. For Sabah Sarawak, it will take about 21-30 working days to arrive.
