All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

This website is owned and operated by PIR. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.

PIR may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and all charges will be processed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. PIR will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

PIR reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. PIR will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, PIR will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery PIR will notify its customers within 2 business days.

Shipping Policy

All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to contact you prior or during delivery. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply. Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped. Shipping time may vary depending on your location.

Return Exchange Policy

We take great pride in ensuring our products are of great quality and condition. You may contact us within 3 business days in the following cases:

1. You have received a defective product or what we term as Manufacturer Defect. On most cases this will not occur since each of our products are tested prior to the shipment.
2. There is an error in the product you received based on your order placed (WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED)
3. We will deliver and exchange the items at our own cost, provided it is returned in their original condition and unused, however all defective product(s) are subject to inspection.

Return / exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.

Policy

Returns on orders will be accepted for manufacturing defects only

Charges for shipping returned products back to us are your responsibility. PIR will exchange your purchase. Please allow 30 days from the date you return your package for your exchange products to be completed.
