Waiting for stock situation checking and order confirmation.

- Order will be confirmed within 1 or 2 working days once stock situition checked.
- Our bank account details will be provided once buyer order confirmed and shipment address details provided.
- We are accept bank transfer to our MAYBANK | CIMB BANK | PUBLIC BANK account.
- Transaction between different bank will need to waiting for completed and received within 1 working day.
Then make the payment easily via Online Transfer / ATM / CDM.

3rd Steps :
Submit your payment details in your order once payment had done.
Or update us via SMS / WhatsApp / WeChat / Facebook Messenger.
- Submit payment details in your order under : My Purchase
- Or upload your online payment download file in your order.
- Or update us about your payment details once had completed with :
- Transfer to our Bank : MAYBANK / CIMB / PUBLIC BANK
- Total Amount of Transfer : RM 999.99
- Date and Time of Transfer on : 31 / 12 / 2020 - 12 : 59 pm
- Payment for Order No or item Brand and Model No : LELONG OID : 1234567 / CASIO ABC-1234D-5EF
- All order will be automatically processed once payment details had updated and received.
- And order will be automatically cancelled within 3 days in case of payment not updated or received and item already sold out or out of stock.
- Payment will be refunded in case of item already sold out or out of stock.
- Payment will not be refunded once order confirmed or item already shipped out.
Then waiting for order processed and shipment details updated by us.

Order processing and Shipment updating
- All order will be automatically processed and order item will be shipped out within 1 or 2 working days once payment details had updated and received.
- Shipment details will be updated on same day time between 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm once parcel had shipped out within 1 or 2 working day following the payment completed date.
