2. Every items will be checked before shipping to the customer.

3. Good sold /wrong purchased are not refundable.

4. Not responsible for any damage during the shipments, but item will be wrap properly with thick layer bubble wraps to prevent damage during shipment.

5. Once item has been posted out will be providing Tracking Number. Please expect the delivery within 1-3 working days. We cant promise the exact date and time of delivery as its all depending on the courier arrangement.

6. We are not responsible for any delivery problems or delay due to incorrect or incomplete of delivery address given by the customer. The customer shall responsible for the cost to resend the package that is undeliverable and returned by the courier service.

7. No lifetime warraty / warranty for tempered glass or screen protector products. Please do own research and check review before purchase.

Return and Refund Policy

1) We always make sure all our products are in good condition before packing otherwise we will inform you if we have no replacement stock.

2) Goods sold are not returnable or refundable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s)

3) We will not bear any any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.

4) We reserved the rights to make amendments to this policy without prior notice.
